Anybody know rough estimates for a new front bumper (parts, labor, paint)??

Damn snow around here, slid down a hill and lost it. Hit a high curb with same really hard snow. Right side snapped from fog lights to above wheel. Just glad airbags didn't go off :disgust:

Got a 99 v6.

Go to James (http://www.customcougars.com) and get an aftermarket bumper

To replace a front stock bumper with all the necessary prep/install will run you around 400 bucks... I know because I crushed mine last year in the snow. I'd recommend an aftermarket from CustomCougars (http://www.customcougars.com/exterior/bodykits.htm#focus)

Any advice for the best ground clearance (aftermarket)??

99 v6, not lowered (yet), stock rims. We have some crazy curbs/ramps around here

Best information on that would be to talk directly to James at CustomCougars... he can give you all of the specs on any of the parts he sells... just my .02
