Ok, I am posting this now so that everyone can attend. I am going to skip my commencement ceremony to attend teh Team NECO get together in Indy in May. I expect to see EVERYONE from Ohio there so that we can PARTY our asses off to celebrate my long awaited graduation. LOL.

Brian, dude not to question your decision, but at the same time to question your decision, are you really sure you want to skip your commencment? I know my dad skipped his and to this day (around 25yrs later) he still regrets it. I also know however that the TeamNECO thing is gonna be off the hook, so I really cant argue with your decision, just wanted to point out that we all would respect whatever decision you make bro. You are da man, and congrads no matter what! I need to look at the dates again for TeamNECO as for some reason I believe I have finals that week, but well you know how I am...
Congrats and I should be there if everything goes as planned!
Edit:Dates confirmed, it is 1 week after finals, so I will be there!

DO NOT skip! I have fellow classmates that skipped both our Associates
and Bachelors degree ceremony and they totally regret it.
I went:biggrin: and I'm glad I did.
But it's your decision:)

ahh, it's highly overrated! i didn't go and don't regret it at all - it's been 4 years. but i lived at home and commuted - didn't really get into the whole college scene, just went to school, so that might make a difference in how you feel too. All I know was the day I got my degree in the mail was awesome enough for me.

Thanx Becky. Yes, I am at a commuter college and have been there WAYYYYYY to long. ALso, I dont really think I want to sit there with 2000 other people just to walk across some stage. I am glad to be graduating dont get me wrong, but the whole ceremony thing just isnt my style. Thanx everyone for your opinions. And dont worry, IT'LL BE A KICK ASS PARTY WHEREVER I AM.
