how do you inline a picture?

Ive been trying but i cant do it, how do i inline a picture?

What I always do is:

First attach the picture you want to use as an attachment, and then submit your post.

If you view the post, you can click on the image and it will give you the address of your picture, because it is now on the forum.

Edit your post, use the Image button and use that address of your picture when it asks you for the URL of the picture.

Not very hard.
