Mike was great to deal with, very professional. He responded quickly to all pm's and was very helpful and reassuring - very much on top of the status of the sale. Really appreciated that shipping was the same to Canada and the US. Packaging was excellent, and the product appears not only to be good quality, but is also more attractive than I initially expected. I would not hesitate to do business with Mike and everyone else involved

I would like to reiterate the above comments from my fellow NECO members, awesome service. Quick service and immediate updates on ordering/sending. Definately would do business again. Just wish I would have bought 2 now that I see the quality. Mike looks like I will have to wait for the next group buy.
