Interior or exterior? Interior- I usually get dynamat, exterior- fiberglass....or if not that much , just some thick vinyl or box carpeting.

Are you planning on putting neon in the box and be able to 'peak' through the window to see the back of the speakers? If so, be careful with the dynomat.

If not, use dynomat to your desire.

I use fiber fill... but also no good if you're gonna make part of it transparent

If not transparent box, I recommend an asphalt-based material like dynomat, but make sure to take that into consideration when designing your enclosure volume. Also, if you use a thick/strong/dense enough material, you don't need to line the inside of a box. As long as it's sealed very well.
