You can buy the complete headliner at your dealer. If you are just looking to change the color, then try your local fabric store, they sell headliner material and 3M spray. Remove your headliner, spray it down, lay over the new material.

just as an FYI StreetConcepts has plans to release a all Carbon Fiber replacement liner soon as well... stay tuned if you are interested....
