Does anyone know if there are any other Cougar diecast models except for these? I ordered these three off of eBay, just wanted the entire set :)

How much did you pay for the set? I can't seem to find them at WalMart.

they had a whole crap load of the gold ones at the local target. They look ****ty in person though so I passed. I would love to find a model though. That way I could paint it and make it look just like mine:wiggle:

Wow! That is awesome!!

And as far as total price for the three goes, I purchased them all separately, for a total of 27 bucks.

Cool, I wonder how hard it would be to repaint

For $27 I'll run to Target and ship it to you lol

Oh, real die cast models? I found this site (http://www.ewa1.com/) that has a ton of model cars that are 1/43 scale. I'm definitely getting one. They're so cute!

Nope it's there. Click on the red cougar at the top of the page. That'll take you to the main site (newcougar.org). Then just click on merchandise.

about a weekend? ... the graphics were put on at Cougar Fest by Bryan from Intricate Lines... it's a decent replica of my car... I even added a custom spoiler -- it's only a matter of time until I figure out how to make it look exact.... not sure how easy it is to make a slip on SW front bumper and WW kit..?

There are no 01/02 diecast models. If you want a 1/18th or 1/43rd scale 99/00 diecast go to the Ohio NECO website (link in my sig) and we have a link there to the online store that sells them.

Thanks That "1998" label is incorrect , that is really a 1999 Ford Cougar model. It was modeled after the Ford european version of the Mercury Cougar.. note change in exhaust system, headlight reflectors, tail lights and no spoiler option (that I have noticed). Except for the HotWheels version, this model in 1/43 and 1/18 scales are all there is.. :poke:

The 1998 / 1999 issue was just a simple mistake that they never corrected. Just as any new model year car, the 1999 Cougar was sold in the later part of 1998 so they mislabeled it.

There is also a "YU GI OH" special edition cougar Hot Wheels. I just bought it the other day. It came in a pck of three other cars and some trading cards, all of which i gave away besides the cougar. Its red with the YU GI OH logo down the side....

I went through the link on the Ohio NECO website and ordered myself a die-cast.. very quick shipping, just got it in the mail last evening! I posted a few pics over in this thread (http://www.fastcougar.com/forums/messageview.cfm?catid=89&threadid=64306) if anyone is interested.
