haha...would it be possible for me to change my sunroof..into a moonroof?..if you know...help a gurl out!

Possibly. My brother got a moonroof put in on his car, and it works in the same way as the one on our's, in that it pops up and then slides back over the roof. So, probably all they would need to do is just take out your exisitng metal sunroof, and put in the glass panel instead. Check it out at a local shop that does this. They'll be able to tell you more then me.

Body shop or even better a good stereo shop will do that type of stuff.

my mama is afraid it's gonna leak or something....will it?...or is it exactly the same as my sunny...but see through?...so it will be a perfect tight seal?...how much cake should i expect to spend on this sheit?

You may want to check out the Toronto Cougar Club section as they may know of good shops around the area.

It will definately work. Someone that is on here (http://www.newcougar.org) did it, just look under members or something and see if he's still on there.
There shouldn't be any leak because the sealant around the glass will hold fine.

I'm not sure if this is right but from what I've been told the hole for our sunroof is not a standard size and shape with the rounded corners meaning if you already have a sunroof in your car your stuck. The only way you can do glass is if there is nothing there prior. This may be wrong but that is what I have been told.

Whitecoug99 is right, when my factory roof went out, I explored putting an aftermarket one in. I was told, by many places, that there is no aftermarket roof out that will cover our factory hole. It's either not wide enough, or not long enough. Plus, the way the metal is rolled and recessed, they said it would be very difficult to make the new assembly work. Sorry. You may want to look into a custom glass panel replacement, but that will be mucho $$$.
