AHHHHHH HELP!!

Well this weekend I went back to see my wonderfull girlfreind in Grand Island.

Today we went to the mall and as Always I park in BFE around no one! Well it was a warm 70 degrees out so I just poped my sunroof.. ya know just a crack.

Well we went shopping come out a bit later and get in the car and not thinking I just hit the sunroof button. NOTHING HAPPENS!!... o and low and behold.. it is closed now :disgust: . I'm like het wait a minute I left that open... well I get out and i notice a hand print on it (dusty)... SOME ASSHOLE SMASHED IT DOWN!!!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH... I take my baby to GI the whitetrash capitol of Nebraska and someone thinks that the car would look better with a broken sunroof. I AM SO PISSED!!!!!


Well anyway if you have any junkyards in your area could you check and see if there are any wrecked cougars with usuable sunroof tracks and get me a price that would be very VERY much appriciated.

I am soooo sorry to hear about the sunroof. I am sure my buddy Putergeek can hook you up with something. If not Justin can look around too.. We will let you know one way or the other.. Stay CALM and pray alot to the cgr gods.........

i would say go to the place where my sisters cougie is (rest in peace '00 saphire blue) but 1)the entire car is crunched from rolling, there is no hope for any exterior parts being salvaged. and 2) the guys there are TOTAL a$$holes (think theyre related to you-know-who? ;) ;)) and they wont let you look at anything.

Check ebay....best source ive found. Also...might want to get a 2000+ year track so you're guarenteed getting the aluminum track system.

I picked one off ebay a couple weeks ago for $300, well worth it :)

Another option if you want to explore it, send a PM to orangecat...hes from Pittsburgh and frequents junkyards often. Shipping is only like $20-$25 and he might get ya a deal...
