Yes, we were discussing ancient Mongolian assassination. As the victim sleeps, walk up to him/her, use a knife, cut a four-inch gash in their abdomen, near the ribs, then just stick your arm in there, grab the heart, and squeeze. It's nearly impossible for the person to resist or scream, they're in too deep of shock.
I need to think before I say things like that, though. I was referring to the utter feeling of violation you would feel if someone put their arm through your internals.
