Who owns the yellow cat?

Hey. I recently saw a yellow cougar, looked like a 2001-02 cat, tinted out with rims and a wings west kit? not sure. I think I saw a neco sticker on the rear side window. It was parked along a street in Binghamton approximately 2 mins from where I am staying while attending the university. I drove by and gave a honk, but didn't have time to stop at the moment. I returned about 5 minutes later and it was gone. Just curious to know who it was and if they live around the area.

wierd, I definitely saw him, I think it was a guy, maybe not. It was a yellow 2001 or newer, the newer model. With a spoiler, not high but not stock. And rims.
