i did some searching on this and i couldn't find anything. are any of the svt parts from the focus compatible with ours? im sure this has been talked about but i didn't find anything on my search.

it depends....what parts are you talking about?...i'm sure there are some that would fit
any parts for the engine.

thigns that will make your engine look better?
drivetrain?
It's hard to say really ya know....if you told me a specific part, i'd be more than happy to find out for you....i will ask around but it would make it easier to know what parts you're interested in ya know?...and in doing so figure out for myself and possible future mods for me as well :)
i don't know much about the svt focus to be honest with you....i do know the engine looks a lot different than the ZX3 and the SE.....or whatever other models there are
internals such as cams, heads, t.b.(i know). i have a shop around here that can get the SVT parts but i haven't heard if anything will actuall be compatible. i'm just kind of curious for the stuff for the SVT zetec engine.

just so you all know, ANY focus TB doesn't work with our car... well i mean it bolts up and such but the throttle cable and for those who got it, the cruise control cable doesn't fit the bracket without heavy modification... just to let yeall know ;)
Btw, just so you dont get the wrong idea, im putting one in my car also. Ill let you know what has to be done to the bracket :P with pictures and a' thang.

one other thing, dont even bother looking into getting SVT focus parts... that car blows testicles... look at the EURO focus RS... im getting the gears out of that bad boy ;)
if you were wondering they are 4.06 gears bit higher than our 3.82, little bit of calculations and the result is a drop from 176.87mph top speed (with no resistance) to a top speed of 168.xx mph -- just fast enough to be happy ;)
