Well went to Performance Garage last night to get a dyno over the Mustang GT. Only performance mod is a BBK Fender-mount Cold air intake. Results are below. I'll have the sheets scanned in soon and attach. Wasn't exactly sure where to post this :)

1st - Max Power 217.6 Max Torque 259.2
2nd - Max Power 217.1 Max Torque 259.7

1st intake temp 53.0 F
2nd intake temp 52.6 F

CF on all was 0.96 SAE

The speed test starting at 0.50 seconds at 15.4mph took 16.5 seconds to reach 133.1mph. Although unsure on that test.

I'll have all the sheets scanned in shortly but overall happy with it. Now eager to get more mods and see what they do.

Oh and the est crank hp/tq
1st hp = 272 tq = 324
2nd hp = 271.3 tq = 324.6 (these are est only for auto)

grrrr autos suck :( 20% drivetrain loss

Two Words- Tremec swap, jk

nice run, might try a different driveshaft to reduce your drivetrain loss. Just my thoughts.

Cool well it looks like your CAI gained you 10 hp, and 20 ftlbs of torque at the crank at least. If you were to go with a 3.73 or 4.10 rear end gear you'd probably net a little more at the wheels. Cant wait to see the post supercharge dyno.

Yea I plan on switching to 3.73 gearing :)

And I am hoping to have the S/C by summer at the latest. Depending on money ofcourse. I'm looking for either the Eaton M90 or M112 if the 112 would fit. Just use a bigger pulley to keep it at 6psi until I can get some forged pistons.

But it's all going to be fun :)

Those are pretty good numbers for an AT... I use to have an '87 GT, and I put 3.73 in it... as far as I'm concerned it was a mistake it helped with acceleration a little but with crappy automatic transmission ford makes really didn't help all that much and killed any top end the car did have... I would suggest sticking to stock gears and just upping hp/tq maybe a stall converter and shift kit just my .02

Sorry for the delayed post. X-mas busy hehe.

I plan to put either a Eaton or Vortech S/C although now thinking TDC Turbo system. The Turbo, although alittle pricey, could give me some serious boost. Stage one pushing around 350rwhp, Stage 2X like 450rwhp, 2XX 550rwhp. And a few other not streetable systems :( but ungodly hp.

I'm thinking 350 to 450 hp range would be good. But I have time to still think about it. I have a baby girl on the way for March so the $$ is going to be a factor. Really looking forward to this =) hehe.
