subs and box Q

hey guys, a friend of mine was thinking of getting this http://www.audiobahninc.com/products/detail.asp?productsID=156

The dealer is going to sell it to him for around $320.. I have heard some good and some bad things about audiobahn, any one know if this is a good deal or not?

I think that too high for that, I would get the 2 Phoenix Gold, or 2 MB-Quart, built the box or have one custom built for your friend. The outcome, it would 1. sound better and 2. look better. But thats mine two cents worth.

That box is more show than go- So whatever your looking for, looks or sound, this one will sound kind of booming and not really a smooth hit like most sub boxes.
