It was during lunch from school and I was leaving my sisters house with her 2000 Civic... the other driver said I stopped in the middle of the street for the stop sign which I know isn't true. It was raining..and there were no skidmarks from them trying to stop. But, I don't remember the whole event. I spent 6 hours at the hospital because they were busy in a county hospital. My parents would have taken me to a real hospital but they suggested not to move me. I have 9 stitches in my forehead and a broken collarbone. The other person, in a ford explorer are ok to my knowledge. The speed limit was 30 on the street I was going to turn onto...but by the looks of the damage I think they were going more then 30.

i think suv's are not necessarily a good thing either... but in the end the people in the suv didn't get hurt. smaller cars should somehow be designed to deal with them...

Oh, feel better, man. I'm sure they were going faster than they say they were...everyone lies to the cops about their speed to cover their butts. BTW, my sister broke her collarbone a few years ago playing soccer. It's really painful, right?

ever notice most of BIG SUV - like Denali and navigator - are driven by female?
Not that I feel female can 't drive, but most of SUV accident that I have seen are female drivers in age of 30 to 40....
