Well I got my Coug back together again. New struts Bat Euro Sport, a huge difference over stock. EBC rotors the rotors are much thicker then stock with Mintex AF pads I didn't figure I would ever heat up the 1144's to the point they would be really effective, and caster camber plates. I gutted my pre-cats and added the mil eliminators and went with a sport tuned Diablo chip.

Since I had the wide band O2 / dyno done before the chip was burned by Nikolas at Duratec Performance he was able to get it really close to the correct A/F ratio. After my wallet recovers I will be getting my cat dyno'ed to see what she makes now.

This is a huge difference over what Ford produced the Cougar as in the stock form. I only wish Ford would see it clear to make a sport version of cars for those of us who want them. I know now I need to update my profile with all the new stuff.

Nice! What are you planning next? I know you have somethin in mind that you want now. ;)

I'm still looking for a Borla Dual setup. That's what I really want, but they're so hard to find. Oh well...

I was thinking of getting a OPM FSB but the way it handles now slight over steer but stays really flat I don't know if I want to mess with the handling characteristics any further. I am talking to Rick for a optimized SVT TB. Then since all of these mods and install (bad back I can't do the work any more) I am into it almost 3G. So after my wallet heals I want to go for the body stuff. I am very fond of the body kit James has on his yellow cat.

Hey, how is it going up there with the back together cat?

the handling was noticeable different with both the RSTB and the 21 mm sway bar. It understeers now unless really pushing it, and late braking in a hard corner will cause the tail to come out. The extra power is great but a little harder on the tires.
