Yesterday i was driving home from college *20 mile drive* and i only got about 1/4 a mile from college when it happened. I was coming up to an intersection and a lady was taking her time to turn the corner and i was going too fast *50 in a 45* to slow down enough because she stopped in my lane. So i knew i was either going to t-bone her, or take a chance and get around her. So i tried to go around her on the right side, right as i was about to she decides to take the corner and runs right into my backleft wheel and my back bumper. I stop right in the middle of the lane and check out my car. The back bumper got scrapped up alittle bit, not too bad, and i didn't know it at the time but my rim got bent. So i didn't think it would be that much, but it came out to be 680 bucks for the estimate *400 bucks for the rim, yikes*. The police never came to file an accident report because I thought it wasn't over 1000 bucks in damage. *my major mistake* so this after noon the lady and i are going to go to the police station and file an accident report and then i am gonna go turn in the accident to my insurance. So if anyone knows where i can find a stock 99-00 rear bumper in silver frost, or a set of rims pretty cheap. It would help out a lot. Thanks guys

Man that sucks...I might have a rear bumper for ya, but I'm sure it is going to need to be painted. I'll have to look to make sure it is still good b/c it is off my parts car that was completely wrecked. But it might be ok:shrug:
What rims do you need??? If stock, I got one of those too

That would be cool if you had a rear bumper. The rim i need is a 16 inch from a 99. The six spoke with "cougar" on one of the spokes. I am thinking about trying to go cheap on these two things and then get a set of 18's for the summer with the money i save.

Sorry, I have the 15in wheels. I'll check on that bumper for ya. Is your bumper crack or completely totaled?

It has a small crack in it on the left side. Nothing too bad. I might just strip off the paint and reprep it myself. Save myself a bunch of dough. I might get a set of chrome 16 inch 99 rims just for the hell of it and then i am gonna try to talk my grandparents into loaning me some money for those 18 inch dantes in the for sale section
Sorry to hear that casey.. hope it gets fixed ok and glad you are ok!
