A gentleman with a yellow '00 Coug parked next to me at the PetSmart of Cherry Hill Rd. in Burtonsville/Silver Spring. Nice tint on the windows but was too busy to notice other mods (was with grandma). I saw him, spoke to him, complimented him on his tint job and asked where he got it done. He said at his friends tint shop in College park. He mentioned he liked where the Cougar ensignia is embroidered on my seats better than on his. Then he put his large bag of pet food in his car and took off. I, like a dummy, was so preoccupied with my groceries and my grandma and the shock of finding a close to identical twin parked next to me, I never asked his name or if he knew of NECO. I'd say he was about 5'10" perhaps, closely cut brown hair, 20 something?.....great desc huh? Anyhow, he or his car sound familiar to anyone?
