NECO chapter in Australia

i was thinking of making a NECO chapter for australia. is that possible?
these cars down here are so damn unique yet they are such beutfiul cars..i wonder why they werent very succesful.

hmm..looks like the rules thread is gone..IIRC you need at least 4 members to create a chapter and a couple minor other things. Then you talk to an Admin and they can hook you up. :biggrin:
