What is the easy way to get rid of the gunk in the lights or should i see silcon ruber. I have water in them so i broke them open so i can clean it out and resal it but i am having a hard time with that crap inside is there something i can use that wont eat the plastic away.

i don;'t know, ima just take mine to the dealer and tell them i want a new one b/c they are not suppose to do that, and mines still under warranty

Goo-Gone works good for removing most adhesives. That black sealant is very hard to deal with, next time remove the back light cover housing(the rectangular cover that is held on with metal bracket).
