thanx for the update, i was going to post about that ... they are aparently parked every 5 k
i've been no the 407 and 401 alot in the past week, and seen alot of police activity, ( they must have been prepping )

Yeh that is what I heard too, but I didnt see any more cops than normal and traffic has been soooo bad you cant go fast anyway.

You're a little late....that blitz was yesterday or something
They aressed something like 40 drivers that were suspended or unlicensed. More that were uninsured.....and something like 3000 speeders.
I think it was mainly on the QEW and 403 though......cant remember what they said in regards to that.

i heard it was on today and yesterday for sure, i dont take any highways to get to work, so i didnt notice anything different myself. It was just a heads up.

It wasn't that bad on the highways during rush hour. I noticed the OPP more in-force during off-peak hours.
Funny...everyone was doing under 120km/h. You can definitely tell who us commuters were...we were going nuts that "slow".
