I keep tryin to put in a customized icon but it keeps tellin me that the file is to big how can I reduce it down??

I use a freeware program called GIMP. It's similar to photoshop, and there is an option which allows you to resize images. The limits here are 120x120 pixels and 6k.

save the file as a jpg, and lower the quality some... you will need to play around with the quality setting to get it just right... the lower the quality the smaller the file

Post the image that you'd like to use. I'm sure someone would be nice enough to resize it for you if you can't figure it out.:biggrin:

Photoshop will work best. It has more options to slim the file down. If you can't get it, catch me on AIM - SlickMoney007

I am not good with all that photoshop stuff so if someone would resize this I would sure appreciate it!!!!

just edit your pic with paintshop,no need for photoshoping..then click on image and stretch/skew and keep changing the dimensions till it gets to the right size

Can someone please help resize this image for me. My cousin tried doing it but he couldn't get it to 6k.

Kinda small I think.....but see if it works for ya.....maybe someone else can resize it a little better...I was just usiong Photoshop.,...I'm kinda new at it sorry.......
