Ok... it's officially official. The Great Falls multi-club meet is on!
Please check out the website (http://www.gtx-citement.com/meet) for the meet details and also to RSVP for it.
As it says on the site, there will be a small fee per person. This is to cover the cost of the food and it will be determined once we have an accurate headcount.
Please pass this info on to any of your family/friends/relatives that might be interested.

I'm interested in going as long as maybe a few of us can carpool...I'm not good at driving anywhere by myself or following directions...so if a few MD Neco people are going maybe we can all drive down together...so I'm gonna try to come

One of the Grand Prix guys mentioned extending the invitation to the Club3G people (www.club3g.org). Does anyone here have any major heartburn with doing that? He said that he's met a few of them and they "seem alright." I can't say that I have a problem with it considering the more, the merrier I guess. Just give me a "yay" or "nay."

not at all, I post on Club3G every once in a while.. they are probably one of the most respectful import clubs around.. maybe dad will let me take his 3G (he just bought it this past week!) :)

Ross, I was the one that sent you the email about Club3G. And they really are a nice group of people.
Can't wait to catch up with everyone again.

Oops... sorry about that Jeremy. For some reason I automatically corresponded mail in my GP Yahoo account to be from GP people. I guess I didn't pay much attention to the name.
Anyway, if you want to pass on the word, that's cool w/ me as long as people don't mind having imports there. I thought it was cool that it looked to be a mostly domestic gathering. I know one guy from my club is bringing his M3 that he just bought, but that's the only import I know about. There may be others like last year (Acura TLs/CLs and Honda S2000s), but I'm not sure on that; I'm not in charge of inviting those people... I just heard that the invite might be passed-on.
Regardless, I added the Eclipses as a club affiliation on the website if you want to invite them.

If someone had read the instructions :) they would know that if you re-enter your RSVP with the same name, e-mail, and club you used when you originally RSVP'd, then you can update the number of guests. It should recognize that you already RSVP'd and ask you if you want to update your information.
Give it a try and let me know if you have any problems.
What's the deal, people??? Only 4 Cougars will be there so far??? Good Lord, what the hell is the problem?!! (Trevor, I know you're coming, but no Cougar, no love!)
Sign up, folks- Get on it- Let's make a good showing...

You may want to go over and harass some of the MD and Tidewater people. I believe some them are on the fence.
Of course, there's no reason that people like Heather can't sign-up... :)

i'm not heather, but i signed up. i RSVP-ed fro me and 1 guest, but that means 2 cougars. i'll make tom drive his too so that we won't fight over who's coug to bring ;) LOL
Just wanted to post and mention to everyone that LEAH will be making sweets and desserts for the meet- If that's not incentive, I don't know what is...
Any ideas for what she should make? Pies and cookies are her specialties... Also flavored Rice Krispie Treats!

Sorry guys, but like I said in the last thread, I'll be out of town that weekend.
But Dan, will the sweets even get eaten this time? The day of the baseball game she brought lots of goodies and I don't think anyone wanted to be the first to wreck her creations, they were cool looking.:)
She makes 'em all cool, yeah- But they're still meant to be eaten! Promise we'll tone it down a little- No more Cougar head cakes or anything like that... Just pies and such.

I think with the Baseball meet that is was the picnic area wasn't beside the field and everyone wanted to Play
The Rice Krispie treats are my favorite :)

I'll be taking a rough final headcount this weekend so the food situation can be handled and the per person fee established. It looks as though it's only going to be about $3.
As Dan mentioned eariler, if you're still on the fence please try to decide before the weekend rolls around. Thanks!
