Damn amp wire!!

Hey i got evevything hooked up with ym system, couple of 12s and an amp, eveyrthing is wired except that one big red wire to somehow reach the engine bay? How did all of you get your wire into the engine? Do i have to drill???

The wire that came in my amp wiring kit was more than long enough to reach the engine bay. If you don't already have a hole drilled under the driver-side dash, you have to drill one yourself. Look above the brake pedal and to the left, or around that area.

yeah, i had to peel back the carpet a little bit under the brake pedal. There was already a little hole, but I had to redrill it to make it big enough for my wire to fit through. You'll need to go through the firewall too.

my 99 ATX had a rubber thingy where the clutch would be in the firewall i put mine through

another idea is to run the wire underneath the car along the drivers side next to the brake lines...then run it thru the rubber plug in the spare tire area

Depending on wire size, I ran mine through the hood release grommet.

should be a hole for it and if not just use a drill and a unibit to make a hole of desired size. Not very hard at all.
