silver PA cougar at VA Beach mall

anyone know who it is? had headlight covers and taillight covers as well. couldn't tell if there were any more mods to it. it was parked next to me and i was only in the mall for about 15 minutes.

license plate was ENS-xxxx censored numbers just in case.
place was lynnhaven mall in va beach, va.

just curious that's all. woulda flyered them if i had any.
