just keep your cool with them.... do a serach for the Mongoose (or whatever it's called) law, print it out and bring it to the dealer... when they say they won't work, just present it to them and "remind them" (do not yell) that they are obliged by law to either prove it's your fault or fix the problem....
in the end i'm sure you'll win... if not talk to NicTlg, apparently he has a few local dealers in the area that are very kind to modded cars....

Its not the Mongoose Law.. did a search for it and nothing.. Any idea what its actually called? I have a feeling I will get a call today telling me they wont touch it and come and pick up my car.

go to sema.org.... do a search (upper right corner) on warranty.... you'll get a few very useful hits, even how to resolve disputes :)

No call yet so I hope that is a good sign.. if not the name of the law is "Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act".. just in case anyone else needs it in the future.

Supposed to pick it up today. They said everything was fixed so I will know later.

Update: Everthing was fixed under warranty. Guess working for Ford does have its advantages.
