Okay, looking to plan a few meets before Cougarfest... and I need your help.


Meets that are already there

Hot Import Nights - Saturday June 29th - Downtown Chicago. Let me know if you want to go to this?! We can meet somewhere and carpool down there. I know Mike (Izzy) wants to go...

Twisted Concepts Car Show - Peoria, IL, July 13th 3-7pm. Quinndog invited us to a car show out in his area of the woods. I like road trips, and think it would be fun to go out that way. Does anyone want to go with? We can make this a meet

Scoop the Loop Car Show - Same day as Twisted :( but at 10am - 12pm... this in Downtown Waukegan. Which would we rather go to? Wanna try both? no?

Just-Before-Cougarfest last minute Mod party? This is one that would have to be planned. Did you still want to have a just before cougarfest-mod-party? It would have to either be on the 6th, 7th, or 14th of next month to get it in before Cougarfest! :) Anyone want to volunteer a house? or have ideas where we can have it?

I really need some feedback on these ideas... let me know if you are interested in attending these, and which ones so I can make sure everyone's got the info they need!

Hey phantom, i am going to Twisted Koncepts (DUH!!!), and i might also be going to hot import nightz. If you guys wanna meet me somewhere before the Twisted Koncepts show (if ur going) i am gonna take off work early so i can meet you all somewhere so we can get our cars nice a clean (even though mine is basically stock LOL!!!) There are some really nice rides down there, and also some really funny ones. Anyways just pm me if you need directions or if you wanna meet somewhere before.

*EDIT* Ok, i will not be entering the show, last night my mom backed into my car (AGAIN!!!) and put some really nice scratches and another dent in my rear passenger side. So i will not be entering the show, i will be going to the show and I would still love to meet up with you guys and drive over there with ya but i personally will not be entering it.

I won't be able to go to Hot import nights this weekend, just can't afford to spend the money to get in :(

I would like to go down to Peoria for the twisted concepts show!! I'll go on a road trip with ya Reagan!!! I don't know about scoop the loop, didn't go last year, but it seems like it will be basically just another nostalgia days with the same cars etc, and I think it might be fun to go someplace new for a show!! and meet up with members we have not met yet!!! :biggrin:

and a mod meet before cougarfest is definitly a need!!! LOL Reagn you still need to get those neons on!!!! hahahaha but I can't offer a place to work on cougars :cry: sorry!!!

I won't be able to attend the 14th show in Peoria since I will be doing a 25 mile bike ride through Chicago at 1 AM till sunrise. I need sleep otherwise I will be a cranky HugNSmile1 (and cougarfest 2001 people know this).
