Yep, let's get a meet going. This seems to have stalled out acouple of times already. I'm gone from the 14th to the 20th, but other than that I don't have any fixed plans in the next month.

well now that my summer lifeguarding job has kicked in i dont know if ill be able to make many meets cause i work everyweekend. monday and tuesday are my weekend. maybe we could get like a friday or sat. night meet??? like eat at hooters or something? last saturday i was at the south county hooters and there must have been a dakota club and contour club meet because there were like 20 bad ass r/ts and there were like 10 contours, a couple of which were svts.
tom- i saw your dyno numbers, good job man! when did you get the magnaflows? like em? where did you go for the dyno? ok, enough questions;)

My exhaust went on last week. I love it most of the time, but at speeds between about 20-30mph (subdivision speeds) it is little louder than I wanted. I got the dyno done at Mustang Muscle in High Ridge, MO. It is a little of Gravois about 8 mi west of 270.
did u see a green cougar with the contours???????? i have friends in the CEG group and i was hanging out with them that night...oh well.
like tom, i am out of town the 15th-22nd.
and i no longer work on the weekends so i am free for a night meet or something like that...

no i didnt see you. i was in my rio red 01 with the razzi high rise wing, did you see me? i drove right past the line of contours and rts but i didnt see you or your car. one of the svt's was awsome. it was silver with a wing that looked like the wings west commando wing. i saw it pulling out when i was leaving.
I could probably do something this weekend or friday night for sure.

I can do any day except the last weekend in june and the 14th. Other than that name a time and place.

well, hows saturday the 22nd sound for everybody?? 7:30 at hooters in south county?? i think it works for when everyone said they could come. i guess hooters in south county is relatively close for everybody?
edit: has anybody talked to kyle? i think hes posted less than me in the past month or so:biggrin:

I don't know what is up with Kyle. I know he has had some problems with his internet connection, but his profile shows that he was logged in yesterday. Hopefully he has his car done, cuz I want to see how it looks.
Edit: Forgot to mention that the 22nd is good for me.
stay away from south county!!!!! go to contour.org and look at the st. louis forum....we got in BIG trouble last saturday...if anything we can meet in the big parking lot at lindbergh and watson...no one ever goes there, and i think that the contour guys will start meeting there too
i should be able to make the 22nd...my plane gets in at 3pm i think

Hey everyone...I'm still here...sorry it's been so long. I've had issues at work...my shifts are changing on a daily basis, it seems. Anyway, I got all my parts on the car...looks really good! Now I just need some body graphics, but alas, no funds :( I have posted info for CougarFest, and will be sending emails. I will make myself available anyday for a meet, so that we can all touch base before leaving for CougarFest. Please see the new CougarFest topic for all info. I'd like for everyone who is attending CougarFest with us to make it to this next meet if possible. Thanks everyone, see you soon, and sorry again for taking so long.
i think the 22nd is ideal
and if people would be interested, we could all to go a little watering hole known as Humphrey's down by St. Louis University....i know everyone there, and we can get cheap food/drinks...
but thats besides the point. i say the 22nd.

well, where does everybody want to meet? its definatly the 22nd, but where? is humphrey's 18 to get in?
if we were to go in the afternoon/late afternoon its a restaurant so there is no age limit...if it were at night then they card at the door...however, im sure that if you are the only one under 21 i can talk to my friends who work the door and it wouldnt be a problem....this is just an idea for later on if we wanted an informal kind of chill meeting...they have great food at good prices.
in terms of meeting aviod south county! there is a big parking lot in crestwood by the Marshall's, there are many tiny lots at Crestwood mall, we can go for the park if it is early enough, there is a bowling alley in west county that has a huge parking lot....

I've been to Humphrey's twice since I graduated from SLU, so that might bring back some drinking memories. I'm up for anything though.

what if we went to kriegers again like after the last meeting. its on dorsett right after you get off 270 on the left. that area seems to be pretty central for everybody. ill probly end up just meeting up with you guys around 8 cause of work wherever it is. but kriegers would probly be a good place.

im gonna try to make it...i have to leave for training (Air Force) on sunday but i dont know what time. and how do you get to kreigers? i would most likely be comming in from 270 going west or south. i will be back for cougarfest though..i cant wait for that!! hopefully i can have my kit and fenders on by then. thanks!

What about a 7:00 meet. That way you can meet us up there. On 270 you'll want to get off at dorsett and go west. There will be a mcdonalds on your left. It is located in that plaza. It'll be in the corner. If this is cool I'll see everyone there. If not, please let us know so we can make another time.

I probablly wont be able to go on the 22nd, cause I have plans that Saturday...but I will try. If it is at might I might be able to go.
hey i was gonna go but i cant now.... cuz i blew two tires: ( but if someone wants to give me their stock tires for cheap i could go! and you would be blessed with my company!....seriously if your old wheels and tires are just sitting somewhere lemme get in on that cuz im hurtin for cash cuz im sixteen and i ahave a lousy pay job../.......oh ya and i saw bleed blue's car at best buy the other day its the most amazing coug ive ever seen in person!!! anyways....have fun at the mmeet

....So, I might have to meet up with everyone on a different day or just call people at home to touch base before CougarFest.

baca- do you have the stock 15 inch wheels or 16 inch? i just got new rims so if you need the 15 inchers i got some.

Well, I feel like a dumbass now. I didn't realize that we were changing this to Sunday, and couldn't figure out why no one showed up. Oh well, it's real close for me so it's not a big deal. See you guys tomorrow.

well, this months meeting went well....seeing how it was the same 4 people as the LAST meeting.
to all those who did not attend: we are trying to plan a car wash for the weekend before we leave for cougarfest....
you missed a fun time watching us try and play pool.....3 games, 2 hours.

sorry i didnt make it guys, i had registration and freshman orientation down at sms and didnt realize that it was this week.
car wash as in for our cars or for other peoples cars?
to get ours all nice and purdy for our trek below the Mason-Dixon line...
have people washing, drying, vacuuming, wheels, etc.
