dash and door panel painting

since the dash is soft and I want to the smooth clean look what would I do to make it smooth. and the cloth insets for the doors what can I do so that I can paint them. is there a certain filler that I can put on then sand down to paint. help me please

you are going to need to sand down the dash and primer it before you paint it . . . so it is smoooooth :wiggle:
