Mmmmmmmm.......Infinities............My favorite. A person with taste. Wise Choice.
Here is mine. Even though you wanted pictures with 2 12's, my setup is about as big....
I have the sub enclosure, and then on each side I made a seperate box for each amp to go on. That way I can put the wires into each box. Doubt this will help you much, but you never know.
Take it easy.

Here's pics of my trunk install (I'm running one 12" Pioneer Premiere Dual Voice Coil sub on one side and the Alpine 5-Channel amp on the other.)...It actually looks a little different now...had the panels modified to accept the Fast Track Performance chrome rear STB, and swapped out the lexan windows for new plexiglass ones with better trim work...also all the wiring and trim has been cleaned up. You can only see one of the three red StreetGlow neon tubes (the one under the package tray)...there are two more...one on each side hidden in the enclosures...the whole trunk glows red at night.

I used to have two subs and switched to one...
But I did for the purpose of a neater trunk install and the fact that I can removemy entire system form the trunk in like 5 mins. and it weighs virtually nothing.
The sub box is fiberglassed into the wheel well and the amprack fits snuggly between the rear seats and sub box... and is open underneath for easy wiring and airflow...
new system (till next year at least ;) ) (http://images.cardomain.com/installs/131000-131999/131032_99_full.jpg)

Here is mine. 2 - 12" Kicker L7's with a Punch 800 and Punch 200. 1 - 8 cu.ft. ported box tuned to 37hz.
The Plexi amp rack has yellow neons in it, and the mirrors for around the port and changer are now installed too. I'll have more pics next weekend.

Gotbass: why do you have the amps over the subs?

holy crap... no way of hiding that system in the hatch window if someone looks in... I would have lowered that a bit so you could throw the package tray back on top to hide all that when you are away from the car...
here is mine... 2 12's and an amp.. nothing too elaborate -- I still have a little trunk left for carrying stuff... heh

For show, and it cools the amps down nicely... It's nice, you can't really see it because of the tint, but if I turn on the neons in the amp rack, then you can see the face of the subs, and the plexi amp rack. With my box design, we didn't have anywhere else to mount the amps. The hatch lid is 1" from the box and the glass is 1/2" from the amps. It beats, and looks nice all finished. I'll have new pics next weekend.

2low4potholes,
The amp has a large amount of airspace around and behind it, and the enclosure is vented into the passenger compartment via the sides of the back seat. I've yet to have any problems with the amp getting too hot and it's been in the 90s already here.
