Apple Ford in Columbia

Anyone have experience with the service department at Apple Ford? Good or bad? I need to get my moonroof repaired this week and don't feel like driving out to my dealer in Gaithersburg.

I don't have any personal experience, but I've heard both really good stories and really bad stories from friends. :shrug: Sorry I couldn't help.

I don't have any info on Apple Ford, but I did get my fuel pump replaced at Miller's Brothers Ford in Ellicott City off of rt.40 and have to say that the service was excellent.

King L/M in GBurg sucks though :) hehe I had to get my sunroof fixed there a 3-4 weeks ago.

I've also heard bad things about the L/M dealer in SilverSpring.

Have you tried the Ford dealer on the corner of Frederick & Montgomery Village? I figured, i was going to give them a shot the next time I needed service done.

King is where I bought the car and have taken it in 3 times for service...never liked them, and would really prefer never to go there again. Although, ever time I take it to them, I get a loaner car because I have the PremiumCare ESP. Does every dealer give a loaner when you have the ESP, or is it unique to King?

I've never dealt with Apple Ford, and we don't think I've heard of the ESP program either so it might just be with that dealer? I know a few people that have been able to get their sunroof fixed for free like we did...I'll check with my husband and let ya know.

Safford is where i bought my car!.. dont know bout service cause i never took it there for service... however.. Miller Bros Ford is right down the street from my parents house.. and I personally dont like them at all.. everytime i tried to call them for service, they treated me like **** cause i was only 18-19 at the time.. but then once i brought my dad with me , or had him call it was a completely different story... i f*ckin hate companies like that... Anyone live in Towson?? and know of any dealers in Towson that are any good?? cuase thats where i am livin now.. and havnet been to any dealers around here.. take care
