I am running a 50-75 shots of N2O and I need to run bigger injectors to safely run a 100 shot. Can anyone tell me if the 3.0L duratec 24lbs injectors will work on my 01 MTX V-6? If they don't, can anyone give me a better solution i.e. aftermarket, larger or smaller. Thanks

If you get the 24lb injectors out of a 2001 3L Duratec you should be okay. I have seen pictures of these injectors and they will match your fuel system. If you have a chance to look at them before buying them, they should be a creme color and have DENSO on one side of it in small letters.
The older 3L used Bosch injectors that were light blue in color and had the rectangle connnectors on them.

I was informed by Bnoon that the older style Taurus 24# units will work in the newer style returnless system in my cougar. I guess Ford did a switcheroo making things hard for us to tell which will work! PM Bnoon and he'll get you the part number. Nick I think your right though they should be creme I just think that they are not froma 2001. Thanks

Here is a link to a pic of different injectors.....

The blue ones on the left will work with return system Cougars.
