Where can we get custom Cougar floormats from?

The dealer will carry them. If you want cheap mats that fit our cars you can get the mats that were to go to the ST200. Get them from BAT (http://www.batinc.net).

How "Custom" do you mean? That is, are you looking for mats that are made exclusively for the Cougar aftermarket scene? If so, I don't know of many. There are some diamond plate mats available at CustomCougars (http://www.customcougars.com), but those are mostly for shows. Keep in mind - they're METAL! Would probably look sweet in your gold car, but would definitely get scratched beyond belief. So for the amount of money you'd have to spend on them, it wouldn't be worth it if you just want them as "daily drivers"...

my sponsor is working on some new floormats that will be sold soon... they will be totally customizable... I'll post something later when the project is complete... Poor Bryan is bombarded with all my Cougar specific requests.. heh

Thanx for your help Syracoog. I have already asked the dealer. Pretty inexpensive for the front ones. They come with the Cougar logo on them. Pretty sweet looking. I was simply wondering what else might be available. ;)

Crispy, how soon is soon? What will they look like? I am having new rims and tires put on early next week, along with getting a new Momo shift knob, e-brake and pedals. So, in other word, I'd like to have new mats in the car asap.
So iodif, when do we get to see your car?? (hint, hint, come out to our meets)

I will talk to B again soon about these... he was very pumped about what he was going to be carrying soon so we talked about them prior to him releasing .. From what he told me they are very cool, very customizable, and very high quality... Unfortunately they will be universal right now - but I did offer to send him some of my stock floor mats for templates if needed... I will keep you updated as far as time line and whatnot..

Crispy, how universal are we talking? I did order, today, 2001 front mats with the Cougar logo on them. That's what I am looking for. Front floor mats with the Cougar logo on them.

Hey Zman! When are the meets and how many show up to them?
Iodif- We have a meet this Sunday at Bob Evans in Batavia, it's at 2:00, just expecting 4 people. Also have Can-Am in Niagara Falls, expecting about 20 cougars. PM me if you need more details.

universal means just that... it will universally fit all makes and models... I have talked to him on having him make some Cougar Fit-Specific onces - infact I can donate my old stocks for use.. If you want the ones with the Coug head on em just order them thru the dealer.. they are 75 dollars for all 4 mats... I'm sure that you could get a Coug Logo on my Sponsors mats but like I said.. there is no ETA and right now its gonna be Universal Sizing...

Hey Ken, thanks for the update. I am having new rims and rubber installed early next week and putting in a new Momo shift knob, Momo e-brake handle & Momo racing pedals. So, I will wait until the next meet to show my baby off.

Okay here is what I received back from my Sponsor on my recent inquiry on floor mats
These are Cougar Specific Fit Floor Mats-
Custom Colored Mats - Just Front Two $89.02
Custom Colored Mats - All 4 $104.82
Word/Letter/Character Embroidering- $22.75 a line, up to 8 Characters, 2 Lines Max.
Custom Logos can be done- One time set up is $200.00- If we get a group buy
together- and decide on one logo- we can share the cost.
Here's the CRUDDY PART- Intricate Lines' supplier states they are being sued badly by Ford for bookooo bucks. They will not use any logo by Ford/Mercury and or any logo or word nearing any reference to Ford/Mercury/Cougar- he even asked, what if the person's name is Cougar- No, my sister's name is Mercedes she says, and we can't make mats for her either. NECO- however wouldn't be a problem.....
He also mentioned that he will be carrying complete dash/interior trim kits for 94-01 Cougars---- Real and synthetic Wood- Black, Red, Yellow, Carbon Fiber, and I believe Brushed aluminum. I will again, ask for a price quote on this and see if anyone is interested in some group buys...

That really stinks that Ford's doing that, but I guess they gotta protect their names. Not that they're losing any valuable business by IL making some window decals, but whatever. I'm surprised that they haven't gone after other companies for doing similar things (i.e., the nice people who made the CF cougar emblems). I got the feeling that it was somewhat of a mom-'n-pop operation, so I bookoo buck lawsuit would just about kill them I imagine...

FYI..... its Intricate Lines' SUPPLIER that is being sued.... not Intricate Lines themselves... and the only supplier that he is referring to is the one that would be supplying him with the floor mats.... ;) Decals don't apply to that lawsuit.. Bryan can cut whatever you want in vinyl....
