Anyone know how to do this? Is there a spray, or.... cleaning cloths? I have no clue, and i have a few spots on my screen.....

Get some rubbing alcohol, get some papertowels or a towel or rag or whatever. Apply rubbing alcohol to screen using rag/papertowel, wipe clean to dry.

Windex works equally well. ;) Just be more careful with windex, the rubbing alcohol won't drip, the windex will.
