Where is this place everyone gets pics of their cars at. I'm assuming somewhere along the river but I have no idea where. It's a sweet backdrop.

there is generally no one in the lot at all
but there are a couple of gates which could be locked to prevent you from entering, i dunno, they were open when I went by... ah someone can just bring bolt cutters and we are all set :)

That place is right in front of the Casino, on the river.

I went there last automn and the gates were open as well.. But I think they are usually closed.
