So my steering problem turned out to be the tires so I start calling around Sat. morning and Meuller wanted $104/tire. Then I called Safeway Tire in downtown Cleveland, his best price was $123/tire, I told him Muellers price and he said I'll call you back. So Safeway comes back with "factory Blemmished" for $90. So I say " I'll come look at them". So I call Mueller back to cancel my appointment and the guy asks why so I tell him about Safeway's "factory Blemmished" deal and the guy says I'll do the new ones for $90/tire! So I went to Mueller and paid $400.10 out the door for the BFG VR4 215-50-16.
*Moral of the story: It pays to Dicker with prices!
