Unusual for my area.. game of stoplight supremacy. ;)

Okay, so I was going to meet my g/f and some friends for dinner at a diner nearby, and was driving down the street. (Blossom Hill rd., Fazed ;)) I come to a light and there are 3 teenagers in a new VW Golf GL and the driver starts revving at me. I say to myself 'What the hell, he's stupid, 3 people in a car, and he's got a a 2L I4.'. So, the light turns green and I launch real nice with a little tire squeal, and he stalls out.

Next red light, he pulls up again, revs louder and turns up his stereo, his buddies are laughing and I'm assuming it's cuz he stalled out last time. I'm like 'Okay guy, whatever.' Light turns green, he gets a good launch, but I smoked him all the way to the next light before I turned to the restaurant, and I didn't even exceed the speed limit by more than 10mph (Like everyone else on that road does anyway) ;)

It was funny to me. :shrug: ;)
