Dimming headlights

Need some insight on this.


I've noticed at night that the intensity of my headlight intermittently dims for a few seconds. It seems to dim everything in the car (radio, fog lights, instrument panel). I can also hear electrical noise coming out of the radio when the lights dim. It seems to occur only when I'm driving and after the car has warmed up for 5-10 minutes.

Although I get none of the dummy lights turning on, it is quite annoying..

Any opinions?

Do you normally have the Windshield Defrost on or the Deforst/Floor heat?
If so it could just be the compressor kicking in.
