If you would like a personalized copy of the flyer completed for you, please specify name type (First and Last, First Only, Only Email Address, etc.) and the email address you want to use on the flyer. Also, the flyer is automatically generated for 8x10 printing in .pdf format, so if you need anything changed, please include that as well.
