K&N Induction Kit & Ecotek

I am running the K&N induction kit and Ecotek valve..

Recently had a service..

The K&N makes a lovely roar when you put you hit the pedal and seems to pull better at higher speeds with lower revs but i am not convinced the Ecotek has made any difference..

Maybe the combination of both devices do not work !! In fact i think i am getting less MPG..

Any thoughts ?

:)Sorry, don't know too much about induction, but I did replace stock filter with a cotton green performance air filter and noticed a drop in mpg! Perhaps that's always the induction trade off!:shrug:
