OK everyone! CougarFest is now official! It will be July 19 and 20 in Pigeon Forge, TN. Gateway NECO and IL-NECO will be staying there 3 nights (Thur., Fri., and Sat.) We will be leaving the St. Louis area on Thursday morning, and traveling East on HWY 70. We will meet with IL-NECO near Effingham, IL, and head south on IL-57. We should arrive in Pigeon Forge late afternoon or early evening, and we will stay the weekend, and leave Sunday morning. The hotel is called the Country Inn & Suites, and the total bill for one room for 3 nights will be around $333. So, it is recommended that you find someone to room with. When you have found a group to fill a room, or if you want your own, just call 1-800-523-3919 to reserve a room at the Country Inn & Suites, under the group code NECO/CougarFest. You can use this thread to find other Gateway members who would like roommates to split the cost. WOO-HOO...I can't wait! This is going to be a blast!

Myself and my girlfriend will be there, but we'd like to have a roommate or two to split the cost...I'll make reservations if anyone wants to room with us.

anyway.. i'm definitely going
i'd like to share a room with 3 girls.. ;)
are we meeting on a thursday then?
what other costs will there be besides the hotel room? and of course food or whatever else..??

i should b going..but it all depends on when my family vacation is. we're supposed 2 take a cruise the end of july..so i'm hoping it the next week after cougarfest. but it all depends on when my parents can go. but, i'll know in a few weeks!

I plan on going also. It will probably just be me, so I will be looking for roommates for the weekend.
is there not anyone else going?
how big is gateway neco anyway?
Im going..so the rooms have 2 beds right? is there a way we can get a rollaway as well? so that 3 peole can stay? either way, me and a buddy are going.
