RadioShack has the motorola talkabout T-289 on sale for 29.99 each. It's a pretty good price, and we plan to use these for caravan coordination in future meets. Might want to go pick one up. :)

Guys check out the "cougarfest" section or just do a search (cuz im a lazy bum i didn't actually look it up for you all) Somewhere they did an analysis of radios, some radio for 49.99 was the best buy... dunno what the cool do-dads on this one your talking about are BUT maybe check it out.

Woohoo. Too bad those radios aren't all that great. You gain vibrating ringer for your 20 bucks. ;)
Trust me, I spent 2 years selling the stupid things. ;) For 29.99, these are just fine. same power, same battery life, same range, and bling-bling chrome to match. Headset jack, too. :)

Yeah but how many of them do you actualy spread it to on the mobile ?? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO MODS till Mid April at the very very earliest.. and I am not giving in again... he has springs an thats it...
I do not want Mods for a birthday pressie.. except mebbe from you Mike.. you can get me a set of rims if ya like since you so kindly pointed out what a great buy they are :tongue:
