Well I will be attempting my hardest to start rise and shine. I may even start tonite. I know a few of you asked me when to stop by, well I should be dirty by noon :).

Also note that one of the first things I gotta do is take the stock sway bar out, drive the car (with no sway bar) to my dads, have the brackets welded in then drive back. Soooo if I'm not there just hang out for a few minutes. Jen should be there anyhow. Also call me first that way I can make sure to be there.

Finally mconn if you want to do a two day modding ordeal like we did to your car, you are more than welcome to stop by tonite and we can start. I still need to modify 4 struts and mount a front strut tower bar, as well as 19# injectors to be spliced in.

Ok the 19# injectors DID NOT WORK!!! :( :( :(

So now I have a wiring harness with 12 splices in it and I doubt I'll have enough wire left to splice in the original ones back :(

The suspension install (struts) went very well, also Spocket did optimize my SVT TB (thank you) and I think I have a good solution for the Ground Control Bearings, although it will raise my car by about 1/4".

Dave: Do you still have that extra harness?!?! I'm going to need it now

What happened with the injectors?

the injectors do not work

reasons could be many... we definitly got + and - terminals right, and the solder connections were good (as were the fuel rail seals, no gas was leaking).

When we turned the engine over it sounded like that only one cylinder was actually getting any gas. Its very likely the injectors were toast to begin with (as Puck did pull them off of a rusted, left outside, 5.7L engine)

Don't let this scare you from injectors swaps, doing the job was quite easy... although I suggest getting injectors which are (a) new (b) have the same electrical plug.

DITTO!!!!

I think the injectors were just clogged to ****.... the engine I got them from did sit outside for over a year with just a simple garbage bag over it.... i think the injectors just collected condensation which froze/unfroze and broke/clogged them up inside.
