Ok this is pretty much the game plan I have set for the interior. Debateing if I should just place vinyl over the dash part (passenger airbag section would be good example) or paint it?
The interior of my cougar is a light tan and a gray/charcoal color which is the dash, headliner and seats all same. I want to make everything that is tan red and everything that is gray/charcoal solid black. Side panels will be vinyl. The part at the window on the doors I want to have it black.
I've had a friend tell me that it would be best to just use tweed over that and the dash. What you guys think? It can all be painted and look good correct?
Does anyone have pictures where they have done something similar to their interior?
