i know the throw of it is shorter..........but.......

does the shifting actually get smoother, or is it the same thing as the stock feel?

I agree with ov3n...The shifting feels much more solid...gives a much more "positive feel". I LOVE the 1-2 shift with my B&M!

did you leave the centering spring attached?

yep..sure did...left everything exactly the way it was...except the the shifter & knob of course! Hehe!

If anyone decides to take their spring out, PLEASE let me know. I want to put one back in, but the one I had got broken. I like having the shifter a little bit more loose, but I've gotten tired of the way it is without.
