I'm trying to resize an animation, but every time I try, I make it no longer animated... I wanted to crop it a little and make it 120Xwhatever so I could use it as my icon... Any ideas? I'll attach it so somebody can fix it if they want.

Here it is at 120x90 (constrained proportions), but you can't really read anything... at my resolution anyway. Oh, and I used Imageready of course. ;)

It's not going to be very possible to get it to fit under the 15kb size limit, IMHO.

15k?? not gonna happen... even with the pallette at 4, it's 16.2K Kill some frames if you want it to work. 18 is kind of ridiculous for an animated gif anyway. ;)

That sucks... I was hoping that it would work...
