Rally Coug...

So, yesterday I drove my Cougar in the Son of Sno*Drift road rally. I had a very good time... I thought you guys might enjoy seeing how dirty the car ended up getting. Interesting note, there was one other Cougar in the event, I didn't get a chance to talk to him though, so I don't know if he's a NECO member or not.

P.S. While I did have fun doing this, I'm not sure I'd subject my Cougar to punishment like this very often. I'm now contemplating more of a purpose-built rally car.

Thats sounds like it'd be fun. Where do you find out about stuff like this?

The Detroit Region of the SCCA (www.detroit-scca.org) put this one on. I think there will be about 4 more more this year. I'm planning on going to as many as I can, but hopefully with a different car.

The planned schedule of events is a little difficult to find on the website now, the next one is on March 16. A google search on "TSD rally" should give you a broader overview of what the event is about.
