No it doesn't need any molding and yes you can put it on yourself, but you will have to make some sort of bracket to hold the bumper up (so it doesn't sag)

Not that I know of. My body shop custom-made mine. Craig (Street Concepts) made his, I think.

I would highly suggest a body shop do your install

I don't even know what my brackets look like. the body shop did all the work, and all I know is the bumper isn't sagging so I'm happy. Follow James' advice and have a shop put it on.
