Update on everyones winter projects??

Just a little update since i havent been on the board lately, as if anyone cares, my brakes went out completly yesterday, so i finally put the KVR's on, its nice to see what a 720 brake job costs. Also, my car will be in the shop for the next couple of weeks because, guess what, i am FINALLY getting my body work taken car of. The drivers side door scratches will be fixed, the roof fixed, and probably the passanger side door replaced. I have more good news to report, Protuning actually sent me the front bumper that they promised me!! Even more news, my system (2 12" Kicker Solobarics) will be completed this week with the purchase of an Earthquake 200DHC, i already have the subs, grilles, and custom box, and its all wired up with $250 worth of Stinger wires, accessories, etc. So i have been keeping busy for once, how about everyone else???

well good to hear you are getting things in place fo next sason!!!!!...........i will be adding: weapon-r intake, hose replacement, tail covers(all three tail lghts), OMP, Assuie rear sway, razzi rear gfx, and what ever comes my way this winter............... :biggrin: i can't wait till spring!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

until that time i am driving my rockin' 73 jeep cj5!!!!!!!!!

Sounds good joker, to add to my list of winter stuff i will need the Kaminari kit painted but not istalled till late Feb early March, all of my 3 tails done up (v techs, and a work in project for the 3rd brake light), also i will be grabbing a SW rear, a Capaldi racing strut bar(hopefully), yo dude stainless or regular, and some other interior stuff will be painted, modded etc. I NEED a winter beater, errr.

I got a S/W front, WW sides, Kaminari rear & hood, fenders, rims, custom tailights;), and hopefully fiberglass system.

WW kit/grill insert.... ST200 struts... plus some other minor things (paint, interior neons). Gotta buy my H&R's this winter.

My plan is as soon as the snow melts is to get my struts + springs on, then the body kit.

maybe now that i have a heated garage steps away from my kitchen i'll finish up the fiberglass work inside... all i need to buy really now is another street glow under car kit and a dragon-z front, and a cmac STB... i may also get a single bar rear piece too... although i'll be selling my 3 front air dams and ST-200 Rear STB so that should help offset costs... oh and some Zaino too :)

What I have left to install is some of the current street glow kit (will have 54" tube inside car), dragon-z, st-200 struts, and tons and tons and tons of fiberglass work :tongue:

Can you say tranny swap? :-) This WILL be done by the time the snow is melted. Hey... if i hit the lotto the 3.0L will go in at the same time... but... i plan on doing much work to the 3L so i doubt it... most likely next winters project. hehehhe... and im kicking around a twin turbo idea too... Thats why the 3L is going to get much prep... the comp ratio is much to high for boost... even with 3L heads.... Hopefully i can find forged, dished 3L pistons... Maybe a slightly thicker copper head gasket set too. Im hoping to get it to between 9-9.5:1 No... lower would suck... 9-9.5 is perfect imo.

Heh... all this an my car will still LOOK 100% stock. Heh... damn all show no go guys :-)

The st200 struts are sitting in my garage... they will stay dormant until i get a set of springs and the snow melts.

Meanwhile.... im going to sell a ****LOAD of cougar parts.... hopefully anyways... Imediatly after Jan1 im going to the courthouse to get a DBA for exigent perf along with a tax id. I dont want to go to jail or pay fines just because of some silly taxes.

its me back from the dead.....anyways im currentlyreplacing all four springs, one strut, n the altrernator.....the fun fun....i got a winter beater last week so i wont havfta drive my cat in the snow......ack!!!and

No winter projects for me...... I'm taking it easy. As soon as spring arrives I'll be installing new struts, RSB, and hopefully Craig's FSB if its done by then :)
