1. I just cant figure out what color to go with for the windshield banner. Black wont really show up, but silver might not look right on a Spruce green car. Unless Vinz can color match to factory color, what do you guys(girls) think would look right? No Tony, not Blue or Yellow either;) Carbon fiber?

2. I cleaned out my car today, but kinda went a little too far. Now I dont have to try and guess at how much room we would have if the rear seats and pass. side front seat were removed, and all the interior trim from the rear was taken out. Looks kinda naked. I want to clean the fabric tonight after work, but dont know what to use- Dont want to fade the color. Any suggestions? I'll let you guys know how the interior sound level is affected and if I notice much of a performance increase.

Any answers/ opinions would be appreciated.

This pic should give you an idea of how well the banner would show up if done in black. I know Vinz has a pic
section of customer cars and some have banners, don't know what colors off the top of my head. Oh yea, my
"Cougar" banner is from Vinz as well.

Thanks for the pic- I may just go with black.
More input y'all!!

As for the removal of everything rear of the front seat (and removal of pass.seat);
1. Feels a little more tossable (not much of a chance to get crazy since it's raining)
2. Stereo without the sub is crap
3. Not a whole lot louder inside when driving around town, but do NOT take a long highway trip like this if you have a YoDude. The droning is nearly unbearable under load.
4. Rear seatbacks and front seat is most of the weight; rear bottom and panels are really light.
5. All those rattles and creaks that I thought were due to the whole car loosening up are gone! The rattles must be all the junk in, on, and under the seats/ body panels. The car sounds as tight as when new.

The verdict: I cant wait to get the seats back in- the sound is real annoying, and there is nothing to keep stuff from flying around.

You want to lessen the 'drone' of the YoDude?

While your seats are out, get some sound deadening material from anywhere. Pull up the carpet and line the floor with it. Next, pull out the spare tire and all that jazz and line the trunk. The sound will be cut down tremendously even with all the seats out. Just some advice. I know a few people that have done it with a YoDude Flowmaster and it quieted right down. I am planning on doing it, but not until the beginning of next month when I have the coug really tore down. I am planning on:

Exigent Headers (Gut the Precats)
MIL Inhibitor
SVT TB
SVT upper and lower intake

Are you thinking about any kind of a background to the windshield banner? I have silver "C O U G A R" in 4" letters on now, and I'm planning on getting a sunshade-tint job done in the spring (provided I don't bite the bullet and get an '02 MTX). I'll be visiting my tint-guy since I have to get my driver-side window retinted due to a slight "oh-****-my-keys-are.....<slam>....****!!!..I-just-locked-my-F'ing-keys-in-the-trunk....DAMNIT" incident a month back. I scratched up the tint a bit with a damn piece of thick wire trying to unlatch the lock. (Can someone say "jackass"???)

I have no luck: I delete pictures on accident, back into parked cars, and lock my keys in the trunk. Is my car cursed? It must be the ATX!

Seats are back in; I have not had the spare in the car for like a year. I thought of buying some spray stuff, but I dont really feel like doing it right now-Feelin lazy, and I still have not went shopping once!

Done for now w/ school though, A's again:biggrin:, so who's buyin me a beer tonight?

I think I'm gonna order a banner today or tomarrow, so I gotta decide quick- my bro's gonna get it for me for Christmas(thought I'd help him out by finding something real inexpensive).
